Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APOBEC3F mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated APOBEC3F data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher APOBEC3F mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APOBEC3F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, GBM, and OV are the cancer types where APOBEC3F mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
