APOBEC3C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,261 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAC2, APOBEC3G, and FYB1. Each is linked with APOBEC3C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3C-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3C versus RAC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
