APOBEC3C

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOBEC3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,385 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Clearance of foreign intracellular nucleic acids, Clearance of foreign intracellular DNA, and Negative regulation of single stranded viral RNA replication via double stranded DNA intermediate. Each is linked with APOBEC3C in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3C-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3C results are reported.
