APOBEC3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,099 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TK1, PCNA, and SMC2. Each is linked with APOBEC3B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3B-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3B versus TK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
