Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3B-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,785 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3B-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Response to UV, and DNA dealkylation. Each is linked with APOBEC3B-AS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3B-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3B-AS1 results are reported.
