APOBEC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,711 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMARCA2, ERO1A, and PUM3. Each is linked with APOBEC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC1-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC1 versus SMARCA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
