APOBEC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 614 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, MCOLN1, and TRIB3. Each is linked with APOBEC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC1-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by APOBEC1-low versus APOBEC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
