Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOBEC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,899 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of clathrin coat assembly, Lateral line system development, and Anatomical structure homeostasis. Each is linked with APOBEC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC1-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC1 results are reported.
