APOA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-90P, XKRY2, and RNU2-45P. Each is linked with APOA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOA5-to-partner and partner-to-APOA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-90P grouped by APOA5-low versus APOA5-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
