APOA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1, C20orf85, and OR1L4. Each is linked with APOA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOA5-to-partner and partner-to-APOA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LILRA1 grouped by APOA5-low versus APOA5-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
