APLP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,656 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPTBN4, TMEM151A, and KIRREL2. Each is linked with APLP1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP1-to-partner and partner-to-APLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APLP1 versus SPTBN4 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
