APLP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,794 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNAI1, AQP9, and AMD1. Each is linked with APLP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP1-to-partner and partner-to-APLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APLP1 versus GNAI1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
