APLN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYFIP1, RN7SL248P, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with APLN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLN-to-partner and partner-to-APLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYFIP1 grouped by APLN-low versus APLN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
