APLF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,355 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCK2, DYNLL2, and PHC1_S664. Each is linked with APLF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLF-to-partner and partner-to-APLF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APLF versus NCK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLF→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
