APLF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,021 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLF-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-DMA, HLA-DRA, and HLA-DMB. Each is linked with APLF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLF-to-partner and partner-to-APLF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APLF versus HLA-DMA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLF→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
