APIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,993 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APIP_S87, RAC2, and ZKSCAN1_S13. Each is linked with APIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APIP-to-partner and partner-to-APIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APIP versus APIP_S87 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→APIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
