Across TCGA cell cohorts, APIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,550 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Negative regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with APIP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APIP-to-partner and partner-to-APIP results are reported.
