APH1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APH1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APH1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOCP30, RNU6-693P, and TSPY12P. Each is linked with APH1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APH1B-to-partner and partner-to-APH1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOCP30 grouped by APH1B-low versus APH1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APH1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→APH1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
