APH1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APH1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,771 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APH1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISG20L2, SETDB1, and PIP5K1A. Each is linked with APH1A in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APH1A-to-partner and partner-to-APH1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APH1A versus ISG20L2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APH1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→APH1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
