APH1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APH1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,308 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APH1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MINDY1, ICAM2, and FRG1. Each is linked with APH1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APH1A-to-partner and partner-to-APH1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APH1A versus MINDY1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APH1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→APH1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
