APEX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APEX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,196 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APEX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and TRMT5. Each is linked with APEX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APEX1-to-partner and partner-to-APEX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APEX1 versus SSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APEX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APEX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
