Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APEX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,661 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APEX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSGEP, CYTH4, and RBM23. Each is linked with APEX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APEX1-to-partner and partner-to-APEX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APEX1 versus OSGEP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APEX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APEX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
