APEX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APEX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APEX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6893, RN7SKP214, and OR6K3. Each is linked with APEX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APEX1-to-partner and partner-to-APEX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6893 grouped by APEX1-low versus APEX1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APEX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APEX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
