Across TCGA cell cohorts, APELA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 891 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APELA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of plasminogen activation, Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Positive regulation of G protein-coupled receptor internalization. Each is linked with APELA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APELA-to-partner and partner-to-APELA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of plasminogen activation grouped by APELA-low versus APELA-high in BONE.
