APCS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APCS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,542 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYVE1, C7, and DCN. Each is linked with APCS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APCS-to-partner and partner-to-APCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APCS versus LYVE1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→APCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
