APCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APCS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, A-Raf_pS299, and NDRG1_pT346. Each is linked with APCS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APCS-to-partner and partner-to-APCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by APCS-low versus APCS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→APCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
