APCS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APCS RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are HUWE1, PLA2G4F, and SPATA6. Each is linked with APCS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APCS-to-partner and partner-to-APCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HUWE1 grouped by APCS-low versus APCS-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→APCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
