Across TCGA patient cohorts, APCDD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,446 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APCDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMYD4, ZNF271P, and COX15. Each is linked with APCDD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APCDD1-to-partner and partner-to-APCDD1 results are reported.
