APC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,195 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APC-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR36, NAA35, and DHX9. Each is linked with APC in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APC-to-partner and partner-to-APC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APC versus WDR36 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APC→partner) and Y-score (partner→APC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
