APBA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APBA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, HECW1, and FNDC1. Each is linked with APBA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA3-to-partner and partner-to-APBA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by APBA3-low versus APBA3-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
