APBA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APBA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,889 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APBA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPPL2B, FZR1, and TMEM259. Each is linked with APBA3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA3-to-partner and partner-to-APBA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APBA3 versus SPPL2B in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
