APBA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,175 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APBA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, KANK2, and DNM3OS. Each is linked with APBA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA1-to-partner and partner-to-APBA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APBA1 versus LMOD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
