AP5Z1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP5Z1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,331 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP5Z1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD84, NCKAP1L, and MYO1F. Each is linked with AP5Z1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP5Z1-to-partner and partner-to-AP5Z1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP5Z1 versus CD84 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP5Z1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP5Z1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
