AP5Z1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP5Z1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP5Z1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, mTOR_pS2448, and Rad50. Each is linked with AP5Z1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP5Z1-to-partner and partner-to-AP5Z1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by AP5Z1-low versus AP5Z1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP5Z1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP5Z1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
