Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP5Z1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,444 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP5Z1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Negative regulation of autophagy, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with AP5Z1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP5Z1-to-partner and partner-to-AP5Z1 results are reported.
