AP4S1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP4S1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,925 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP4S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP54, FKBP3, and SAMD4A. Each is linked with AP4S1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP4S1-to-partner and partner-to-AP4S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP4S1 versus SRP54 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP4S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP4S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
