AP4S1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP4S1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,057 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP4S1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP4E1, SEC23B, and STRN3. Each is linked with AP4S1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP4S1-to-partner and partner-to-AP4S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP4S1 versus AP4E1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP4S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP4S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
