Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP4S1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,653 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP4S1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering to Golgi, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and Double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with AP4S1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP4S1-to-partner and partner-to-AP4S1 results are reported.
