Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP4B1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,155 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP4B1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D1, PSMB7, and RTN1_S487. Each is linked with AP4B1-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP4B1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-AP4B1-AS1 results are reported.
