AP3D1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,646 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP1B, ZFHX4, and TP53. Each is linked with AP3D1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3D1-to-partner and partner-to-AP3D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRP1B grouped by AP3D1-low versus AP3D1-high in CESC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
