AP3D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,322 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM10, GEMIN4, and CENPM. Each is linked with AP3D1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3D1-to-partner and partner-to-AP3D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM10 grouped by AP3D1-low versus AP3D1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
