Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP3D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,113 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP3D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Cytoplasm protein quality control, and Regulation of autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with AP3D1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3D1-to-partner and partner-to-AP3D1 results are reported.
