Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP3D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,233 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCVRN, SNTG2, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with AP3D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3D1-to-partner and partner-to-AP3D1 results are reported.
