Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP3B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, PHF5A, and EME1. Each is linked with AP3B2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3B2-to-partner and partner-to-AP3B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by AP3B2-low versus AP3B2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
