AP2A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 758 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3C, KRT32, and ANKRD60. Each is linked with AP2A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2A2-to-partner and partner-to-AP2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3C grouped by AP2A2-low versus AP2A2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
