AP1S1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1S1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,484 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1S1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAIAP2L1, EIF4H, and PDAP1. Each is linked with AP1S1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1S1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP1S1 versus BAIAP2L1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
