Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1S1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,191 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP1S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ9, PDE4B, and EVI2B. Each is linked with AP1S1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1S1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1S1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP1S1 versus COQ9 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
