AP1S1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1S1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YBX1P7, MIR4714, and OR52K2. Each is linked with AP1S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1S1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YBX1P7 grouped by AP1S1-low versus AP1S1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
