AP1G1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1G1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6783, LINC01937, and MTCO1P9. Each is linked with AP1G1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1G1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1G1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6783 grouped by AP1G1-low versus AP1G1-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1G1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1G1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
