Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1B1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,546 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1B1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA modification, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with AP1B1P1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1B1P1-to-partner and partner-to-AP1B1P1 results are reported.
